What affects the price
Fabric weight (GSM)
Heavier, denser fabric costs more. A 240 GSM double-pique polo costs more than a 180 GSM dri-fit polo, but feels more premium and lasts longer.
Quantity
Prices drop at 50, 100, 250 and 500 pieces because setup, cutting and decoration costs are shared across more garments.
Decoration and placements
Each logo placement adds a decoration cost. Embroidery depends on stitch count; screen printing on the number of colours; DTF and DTG on print size.
Extras
Individual names, custom neck labels, contrast collar tipping, gift packing and express timelines add to the per-piece price. We list each one on your quote.
Pricing questions
How much does a custom polo T-shirt cost per piece in India?
With a left-chest embroidered logo, most corporate polos cost about ₹330 to ₹530 per piece depending on GSM and quantity, before GST.
What is the cheapest way to print 100 T-shirts?
Screen printing one or two colours on a 160 GSM cotton round-neck T-shirt gives the lowest price per piece at 100 pieces.
Is there a setup or design charge?
Mockups are free. Embroidery may have a one-time digitising charge for a new logo; screen printing includes screen setup in the per-piece price above 50 pieces.
Do prices include GST and delivery?
Prices shown exclude 5% GST. Delivery within Bengaluru is free; delivery elsewhere in India is quoted by location and carton weight.
